When We Start & How We Work

It's BEST to start planning your structured wiring, security and entertainment components as early as possible...even before you break ground if possible!

Homeowners spend money, and take great care, choosing roofing materials, bath and kitchen fixtures, and furnishings, but the possibilities with lighting control, computer networking, telephone/intercom, and a home theater are often an afterthought.  Interestingly, these are the items we touch, use, and enjoy every single day!

As you begin planning your new home, we would like to sit down with you, to share the possibilities, and get a good feeling for how you want to live.

We then begin the design process for your wiring, systems and components, working with your architectural drawings.  This will lead to a project scope document, and budget estimate.

Once we've developed a proposal that meets your needs and budget, we can work directly for you, or as a sub-contractor for your builder. We will gladly provide a timeline for where we fit into the building process, and will keep in constant communication with you and your builder as necessary.
